I went to see my Rheumatologist today and he took an x-ray of my hands. They are becoming pretty nasty looking with the cysts. Gone are my aspirations of becoming a hand model. jk. But there’s no erosion or some medical term I can’t pronouce. So that’s good. Anyway, I’m getting more meds. When he put the x-rays up, I just stared at it in amusement. Hey everybody, there’s a skeleton in my body!!
Speaking of doctors, yesterday, I found myself sitting down to lunch being the odd man out. At the table were 5 doctors, a registered nurse, a pharmacist, then there was me, the corporate girl. I wonder what their IQ is added up together. I also wonder what their school loans were added up together. They are all so down to earth. At that moment I was hoping my brother could be there sitting with us sharing his doctor stories. Hi, Guh!
Anyway, I think we’ve got such warm and wonderful people at church, medical or not.
P.S. Can anyone teach me to yodel? That is on my list of things to learn.

yodeling? that’s an interesting thing to want to learn…you gotta show me when you learn to do it. i can’t imagine you yodeling, lol. maybe you can teach the congregation to do it when you lead on a sunday or something. as if EV’s not weird enough already.
hope everything is alright with your hands…
miss you!
i think yodeling would be a pretty cool skill to have, especially for dinner parties.
uh, enthesitis? nurdy
the combined IQ of the table x 9999 < the combined educational debt of the table
haha! you are suffering from the sound of music effect. Henry and I were also humming the songs from the musical this few days. This song is one of Henry’s favorite!
I suppose sitting in a group of docs is better than being single sitting in a dinner with 5 couples. That’s one GIANT lightbulb….oh wait…that was me a while ago. Hahahaha….
