I spilled about 20oz of water in my laptop bag last week. Good thing there are two compartments so luckily my computer stayed dry. However, my ladybug purse was soaked through and my pocket bible got partially water damaged. So sad. It's dried now, but the pages are wavy at the bottom.
Someone should invent something to fix water damaged papers. Don't you think that that would be a very nice invention? Or is there already something like that out there? If there is, let me know!
Speaking of bibles. A robber went into my dad's store and grabbed his bag a few months ago. He probably thought there was money in there... but no, they were textbooks from my Dad's seminary class as well as his bible. The sad thing was that it was a bible my Grandpa had given to him. That made my Dad sad. You can't replace that.
Darn you, thief! You can't even read Chinese!

fraychel76 must have young kids. ha ha ha.
how sad about your dad's Bible!
maybe he'll be convicted and bring it back.
i don't think there's a way to fix water damaged pages. once it's damages, the best you can do is iron it out a little bit to make it flat, but the ink will still be smudged.
that totally sucks about your dad's bible! damn thief. maybe he'll return it? probably not though.
oh man... water damage is the worst...
so sad about your dad's bible
So sorry to hear about that, stupid thief will be severely punished if Bible is not returned. (that's my little curse on him)
that is sad. my mom when she was young was carrying a bag full of photographs and she thinks a small boy stole it from her in a crowd. she lost most of her childhood pictures in that bag. irreplaceable black and white pictures of herself and her siblings.
ryc: thanks for coming by. i'm glad you enjoyed my pics. i love them too
