Woke up this morning from a terrible nightmare. It was Nightmare on Elm Street-like or It-like; very very distrubing. Someone murdered viciously sitting right next to me on an amusement park ride. We were all locked down with those harness things so I couldn't even escape. There were other terrible things that were so vivid this morning, but have now dissolved into wisps of memory. It was 5:37 and still really dark when the alarm went off... I was scared to brush my teeth with the door open.
But I also had a nice dream where I bumped into an old friend. We didn't say anything to each other but just smiled. I think it had to do with reading those old letters/cards.
But I have no idea where the nightmare came from.
Edit: I think I know why I had that nightmare! Last night, Sam and I were driving down the street, we saw a possum run across the street. The sirens go off in my head. Then, it got hit/ran over by the back wheel of the car in front of us and flipped in the air then landed! Whenever I see messy roadkill I feel like the organs in my body are all shifting around, all rattled up.
