Free popcorn anyone? October only. Heard it's good stuff. Just need to pay shipping and handling, $2.95/bag.
I can't wait to go up to the mountains with our Couples group. To breathe some fresh air, see some stars, do some hiking, cook and eat together, light a fire, lounge around and play games...
I've been feeling overwhelmed lately, so I think this will be a nice getaway.
Oh, the saddest thing... I spilled water in my bag, again. This time it got my journal; my heart poured out. The words are still there but I am heartbroken.

getting away in the mountains sounds wonderful.
maybe you should invest in a bag that has a separate pocket for your water bottle.
You need the camelback I have with the sippy straw (you saw mine, right?). No water will ever leak out of that. $11.99 retail. Most sports stores will carry it. Have fun at the retreat...we will be at Sea World!

...that happened to me and my bag of textbooks... didn't close waterbottle cap properly. textbooks all messed up... wet for a couple days... but i learned to love my messed up textbooks... like they were worn (although they were completely new and EXPENSIVE). but ya, i taped up the worn/torn/water damaged edges... and its all better now.

did you get the free popcorn? I've been seeing commercials for that, but don't want to try it until I hear from someone that they did and it was worth it.
couple's retreat sounds fun! i wish our church would have something like that!
aww, so sorry to hear about the water spilling on your journal! but now it has that cool "weathered" look, like you see in movies when an old lady pulls up her treasured journal from the past that reveals all these lifelong secrets! oooo
