Some people might say, "Clutter is the sign of a genius."
This time I was watching The Fab 5 on TV. One of them said to the guy they were fixing up, "You need to get rid of clutter. Clutter is the sign of someone who doesn't have their life in order."
*light bulb moment* I think that's me!
God, please help me clean my house.

Dang, you still watch Queer Eye? That's so 2002...
haha I'm a clutter bug o_o terrible
my biggest problem is I tend to not put things back in their original places (smacks head)
All of my clutter ends up in the closet, people just assume that I'm clutter free until they open one of those, lol. Just passing through, have a blessed day!
It's totally true, I noticed that once I got rid of all the clutter or even tidied up a bit, I felt more relaxed around the house. I heard those exact same words on Oprah and it was also a light bulb moment for me. Now, I try really hard to be more clutter free and to put things back where they belong. BTW: Thanks so much for the b-day wish. You're really sweet! ALSO did you get a free credit from Swapacd? I put you in as a referral! I hope you got it!
hahaa.. I'm good at "organizing" my clutter into neat little piles, but I don't do so well in taking the next step to actually put it away.
RYC: Thanks for your encouragement! Although I should probably clarify in my post that the only thing I actually said that night in response to the question was my question back to them. The thoughts that I shared at the end of the post were just my own thoughts and processing, after the night was already over. I actually wish I had more of the presence of mind and courage that same evening to delve into the issues more... but alas... I think and hope that at least my question back to them got them thinking a little more.
hi again!
ryc: ahh... i get it now.
hehehe... Let's do dinner again sometime soon!!
me too, i really need God to help me clean and organized my life!! have a great day!
You know I'm fairly organized. Books by height, shirts by color, you know. No where do I feel like my life is in order. My life feels like a Ford car rather than a Toyota.
