I found a section of the library that I really love. The new books.
I'm currently reading one about changelings; how they come and replace a specially selected human child with their own. Pretty interesting. Narrated by the boy that was kidnapped and the changeling that's now living the kid's life. I love that feelings where I just can't wait till I can sit down again and get into the story.
I will admit, I used to read in traffic. But I don't do that anymore. That's bad.
I also used to listen to my iPod in traffic, with both earphones in my ear. Sam says that's bad.
I also used to do bicep curls with a 2 lbs dumbbell while in the car. But I had forgotten about that until I was reminded again last Sunday. I'm going to get buff so I can arm wrestle Jane, heh, jk.
I spend way too much time in traffic. It was especially bad today. In the mornings when I get on the freeway, the electronic sign on the road tells me how long it takes to get to the next freeway. Usually it says 20 or 30 minutes. Today it said, "80 minutes".
I almost fainted, but I didn't, because that would have been bad as well.

headphones are so bad! because it totally blocks out sounds that might be important to your survival, like a car honking its horn.
oooohhh, no headphones in the car! That's dangerous! NO reading either! You could seriously hurt yourself.
Reading in traffic
We've just had new, tougher laws about using mobile (cell) phones while driving introduced. Guess I need to stop doing that...
I just saw a story on the news yesterday about a guy who was using his LAPTOP computer in his car - it was plugged into the cigarette lighter - and they found it on and running in the car accident scene
It'd be a talent to read, listen to iPod, and lift weight all while you're driving! You must have mad skills!
LOL...that's too funny. that story you're reading is creepy.
You can get books on tape.
lol you are so funny! i didn't know you did all those things while driving, next thing you know you'll be arm wrestling jane while driving.... hahaha
seriously, CA traffic is terrible, it made me soo drowsy. i used to almost fall asleep in traffic thinking "i'll just close my eyes for a few seconds" then one day i was like "what am i thinking?! that's dangerous!" yeah well, i stopped that too.
take over lives? wha?? interesting.
