Sam says my posture changes when I wear heels. "Like how," I asked. But he couldn't answer me.
I didn't know that. It must be a subconscious thing, to get all the limbs and the torso in proper order so that I don't fall down? Or to be more feminine to match the shoes?
I got a pair of red wedge shoes a few weeks ago. I think it's cute so I asked Sam if he liked them, too. Because if he did, then I'd definitely keep it. But he just said, "It's alright".
Sometimes I'd like to be patronized just a bit by him. But I guess honesty is good. It's been sitting in our room so I can consider keeping it or not when I see it. And since it's still clean, I'll put them on and walk around the room once in a while. Well, I finally took the sticker off yesterday.
These are the main things I consider when purchasing a pair of shoes:
* Do I already have something like this?
* Is the price reasonable?
* Is it comfortable enough?
* Do I already have outfits to wear with this?
I remember back in like 5th grade or so I said, "I'm never going to care what kind of clothes or shoes I wear, that's so shallow!" Haha. I don't shop or spend much anymore so it's nice to pick up something once in a while.

i bought three--no, four--pairs of shoes recently. i tried them on in the store several times trying to decide about them and then bought three in one store, one in another. the winter boots were definitely a great buy. i realize that the mary jane flats are not so comfortable after all. still trying to decide about the green wedges (so far not comfortable). and the last pair are summery sneaker-like clarkes. i think those will be great.
i bought 3 pairs of pants at burlington! that place has stuff so cheap, but man, its such a mess
giddy purchase? ... mm.. i can't remember. maybe my pocky snack last sunday.
I bought a Wicked t-shirt when I watched the musical... I LOVE THE MUSICAL!! So I just HAD to get a shirt! hahaha
brown crochet dress from ann taylor loft. i'm still deciding whether or not to keep it. i'm going to get some second opinions from my friends.
wearing heels causes you to assume a hyperlordotic posture, meaning your lower back is extended. not good for a prolonged period of time.
Ask me in a few weeks...Sam might be helping me negotiate for a new car. Parting with my Maxima soon...
my giddy purchase normally involves food...chinese snacks...
There's a purse I want at nordstroms! I'm still holding off till I can't stand it and have to have it!

I had a guy friend who was kind of short, and he always
bought shoes with heels. that was interesting.
