I once read somewhere that if you want to be proud of yourself, then you should do things that will make you proud. I know that sounds so simple, but it just made so much sense to me at that time. Like a big light bulb that just went off in my head.
I have been having a beaming morning. *thumbs up* Must reward self later.
I need to remind myself of that every once in a while because I just love being lazy and waste a lot of time. I'm very good at that.
Someone please ask me later if I folded the laundry and cleaned the living room a BIT, okay?
(Cleaning the whole living room is too big a task right now. Baby steps.)
Okay, off I go again to be good!

parallels the thought on self-esteem: we don't need programs that tell us we should have self-esteem, we need to work hard and accomplish difficult things, that's how we get self-esteem.
nice light bulb!
btw, any progress on the laundry?
no worries, it's only been 3 hours.
