Today while I was driving home, there was a black Mercedes driving in front of me. I caught notice when I saw a hand stick out from the sun roof and threw something out of the car! Litterer!
It looked like a man's hand. And he continued to throw things out every few seconds.
So the next time he did, I honked at him! I rarely ever use the horn. Oh, I just felt so compelled.
Oftentime, I wish I could become a cop in these moments and bust these law breaking people.
There was one time where I saw some person throw out a chinese take out box and a pair of chopsticks! Ridiculous!

Litterbugs rile me up too! I think every litterbug needs to do a good several hours of picking up trash to realize that it takes a lot more work (by someone else) to pick up trash than to throw it into a trash can in the first place.
A whole Chinese take out box? Now that's just wrong.
seriously! people are so inconsiderate. i know this guy who found old socks in his car and wanted to throw it out onto the road, that's terrible!

When I shed my hair in the car, I'm guilty of throwing it out the car. But then I think...the birds will use it for their nests! haha!

I heard a pastor mentioned before that he actually picked up the trash and walk up to the driver and said 'you dropped something...' and throw it back into the car since the window is down.
