i like making new friends too! it's nice to get to know another person and have them know yourself too. you kinda have to think, wow, who am i? and present it. and seems like everytime i need to present myself to another person, i've grown/changed. i like that feeling.
A few years back I made a comment about not wanting to make anymore new friends because I have more than enough. Well, it wasn't that I had more than enough, it was more that it was sooooo expensive! Shower, wedding, baby shower, birthday, red egg and ginger, bachelorette, housewarming, Christmas, etc. etc. It got to the point that we literally spent in one year almost $4000-5000 in gifts! But things have slowed down a bit, most friends are married with kids, so I've been opened to meeting new people again. haha
