How do you group bitmap pictures and drawing objects in Word? I can only select the drawing objects. I don't understand Microsoft Help. It's driving me nuts. NUTS, I tell ya!!!
hi juiru, on my version of word, you select the items you want grouped, go to the first icon under the graphing toolbar, click on it and hold it, then select "Group". which version do you have?
eh?
@deadkau - mine does that too, if they're all drawing objects. but if i bring in a picture like a bitmap, the "group" option gets greyed out. i'm going to ask around at work tomorrow. hopefully someone will be able to help me. thanks for trying though!
i see, sorry for not checking bitmapped files. you're right, it doesn't allow me to group bitmapped objects. :(
the paper clip doesn't help u???? unbelieveable~~~
i wish i knew how to use word functions. i work mainly on excel.
juiru!!!!
@deadkau - someone helped me. i can do it now!! one way is to group them in powerpoint first, then copy it over to word. what's neat is that the text boxes are still updateable.
